3D Foam

Used during the process of 3-dimensional embroidery or raised embroidery. Traces of foam can be removed using heat from an open flame burner. A hairdryer will also be effective for this purpose.

3D foam is great for adding dimension and texture. It is very easy to stitch and adds perceived value to products. It makes the item look expensive and doesn't take a lot of work. You can charge more for items like this. A good example of a use for 3D Foam is the embroidery of hats.
